OVK Publishing House was established in the form of a Limited Liability Company under the laws of Ukraine. 

Certificate of inclusion of the subject of publishing in the State Register of Publishers, Manufacturers and Distributors of Publishing Products DK №4570, issued by the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine on June 17, 2013. 

The main activity of OVK Publishing House is the publishing of books on legal topics. In particular, the Publishing House is engaged in the creation of textbooks, manuals, reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias and other legal books. 

The publishing house is based on the principles of professionalism, responsibility, strict observance of the law, including legislation in the field of copyright protection.
