Her whisper is a promise that sounds sweet but leads into a trap.
Her presence is a warning that something dark is weaving around you.

In folk tradition, they said:
“Not all who help want to save you.”

The Black Witch is a symbol of temptation, hidden harm, and manipulation.
She teaches one thing: without will, another’s power becomes your curse.

CARD MEANING

UPRIGHT POSITION

Short meaning:

Manipulation, treachery, external influence, magic of intention, trap, envy, threat.

Extended meaning:

In the upright position, the Black Witch points to a dark intention near you — someone wishes to influence, use, or harm you. Perhaps someone around you is weaving a web, a trap you may fall into.
